Inside Our Nail Lamp Factory
Housing finishing, LED assembly, function testing and export packing — carried out in our own workshop in Bao'an District, Shenzhen.
From component to packed carton
The stages below are the ones that matter to a buyer: how the housing is prepared, how the light module goes in, and how the finished lamp is checked before it ships.
1 · Housing preparation
Aluminum arch housings are finished and checked before assembly begins.
2 · LED assembly
LED modules are mounted along the arch and wired to the control.
3 · Full-lamp assembly
Base, arch and control are assembled into the finished unit.
4 · Function and aging test
Each lamp is powered up and tested before it leaves the line.
5 · Export packing
Neutral cartons, with accessories packed per unit.
6 · Loading and dispatch
Finished orders are consolidated for export from Shenzhen.

What gets checked
We describe the process rather than the promise. For any specific test or document your market needs, ask us and we will confirm what we can provide.
Function test
Each lamp is powered on and its lighting modes and dimming are checked.
Batch inspection
Units are inspected across the run, not only at the start.
Documentation
Orders ship with inspection documentation and test reports for the batch.
Packing check
Accessories are confirmed against the order before the carton is closed.
